Well okay then, that was fun. I think this kind of stuff needs to happen more often, right?

So, guess that means things go back to "normal" for a while. What's next? Christmas? Looks like the snow's already starting.

At least tell me everybody had some fun last week. I know I enjoyed it, but...well, what am I supposed to do with this? I don't think having a keychain's going to help without the Keyblade.

Seth's officially gone...Naminé's still kidnapped...hopefully she comes back soon, and he better have made it home. That doesn't even begin to start naming the others who've been sent back.

Already October, isn't it? It's like we completely missed the end of the month, but the last experiment was pretty funny. Maybe that's just me though since I didn't get swapped around with anybody. It's the New Feather cycle right now right? Wonder who else will show up this time.

I feel like I need something else to do. Guys, I think we should give up on the raft, it's getting way too cold. Spring project though, okay? That doesn't help right now, so what else can I be doing? Anybody got any suggestions?

About time things went back to normal.

I don't think I'll ever get used to the weather here. At least it's not snowing yet though, right? There's not really much to do now, everything seems to be back on track. All of the New Feathers are arriving, the amount's getting smaller, at least it's something I'm used to.

Oh hey Sora! I have a proposition for you. And Riku, maybe you can help me look for something later today, okay?

Everybody else? Maybe I should just take a poll. What's everybody's favorite kind of baked goods? Trust me, this is important, I promise.

[Kairi's parked herself right in front of one of the community buildings, watching everybody come back into the village from the battle. She probably shouldn't have without permission, but she left the clinic so they'd have more room for everybody else who needed it. She's mostly waiting for Sora and Riku to come back]

I don't know how I can help out, but if anybody needs anything just let me know, okay?

[More to herself than anything, but it's still audible] You guys better be okay. Come home soon.

[Down by the lake, there's a cluster of bubbles forming on the surface before a head breaks through and gasps for air. Kairi coughs up a bit of the water and carefully half-swims, half-drags herself to the shoreline, resting her arms on their raft that's sitting there still. It's then she notices that her journal is still sitting there, even though it's slightly damp from being out in last week's rain. So she'll open it and stare at the sudden burst of activity in alarm, quickly flipping to a different page to get rid of all of the noise]

...ow. Guys? Anybody out there?

[Kairi's down at the lake with the raft, mostly tidying it up in case Sora and Riku want to set sail again]

Guys, I'm down at the lake! Come join me, we can start fixing the raft again.

[Kairi continues working alone, tying up the sail and all that before there's an abrupt yell from her and a loud splash over the journals as she gets pulled under the water, completely disappearing and not resurfacing]

...there have been a lot of kidnappings lately, haven't there? Does that mean something or is it purely all coincidental? I doubt it. Disappearances and kidnappings both. What are the Malnosso up to this time?

That's just it; we don't know. I'm tired of waiting, and it doesn't help that it's raining today and I can't train like I have been. Haha, train...okay, maybe it's not training but I'm still learning. Doesn't that count for something? No? I think it does.

So here's a question for you all: how many of you don't know how to fight? I've only helped fight once and never after that, but I'm starting to learn new things since Sora and Riku have been play-fighting forever.

Sora...he's still not back. There's no way he would have just left us here, he'll be back. They always bring him back and besides, third time's a charm? I don't know what I'm saying, the rain's driving me crazy. It didn't rain a lot on the islands and the last time it rained really bad? ...definitely wasn't my favorite day.

No seriously, it's way too quiet. Where is everybody?

...usually when somebody's things are completely gone, that means they've been sent home, right? I mean is there a chance that it's not always the case? Hope so. I can't...how do we keep losing him?

[with the Destiny Trio setting sail last night, all three of them are on their raft floating down river. In the rain, of course. Lovely.]

You know...nobody mentioned it was going to be raining. But at least it's a kind of warm rain? If we'd known that maybe we wouldn't have gone sailing.

So anybody smart enough to stay inside today, what's your favorite thing to do on rainy days?

[On the second night of the meteor showers, Kairi's got herself sitting outside the clinic on the ground, leaning against the building and just waiting. She's got friends in there she's worried about after all. Besides, it's warm enough for her to be sitting outside comfortably, maybe just a bit chilled but she's not moving anytime soon. She's got her journal open in her lap and she's doodling more than anything, mostly copying the shower she's watching outside so the paper's littered with little stars]

Is it weird that I'm so glad to be able to hear the sound of my own voice again? No? Good.

...man do I have a headache though. Everybody else doing okay? Sora, Riku, Guy, that includes all of you. Everybody else too. This one definitely took a toll on the entire town...sounds like the people that were kidnapped and killed are being returned too though, which is good.

At least the weather's nice out today. Looks like the rest of the day's going to be spent out at the raft.

Hmm...I wonder. Sora, Riku! Let's build another raft! We can set sail on the river and see where it goes. What do you guys think?

Besides, everybody else seems to be building things. I walked through the forest and somebody was building a tree house, what's that about? Plus, I just want to do something.

Azula, are you still willing to train me? I want to learn.

...Seth got kidnapped...again. I really wish they'd stop taking him of all people. I hope he's okay. He better come back soon.

The new feather cycle is almost over. Everybody settling in? I don't know how much help I'd be but if you need anything, you can ask me. My name's Kairi.

[Today Kairi's sitting at one of the lakes connected to the rivers holding a glass bottle in her hands. Inside said bottle is a rolled up piece of paper tied closed with a string.]

Does anybody know if the river goes beyond the barrier at all? Just curious.

Seems like a lot of people are talking about big gatherings and barbecues and stuff. Count me in, it sounds fun!

It also sounds like the new feathers have started coming in. Not that many so far though. Well anyway, at least they're getting here right in time for summer. I have a feeling the lake's going to get really crowded when it warms up.

[She gently sets the bottle in the lake, holding onto the top of it and mostly watching it float]

Riku's gone now too...come on, guys, stop leaving me behind. Don't you remember? I always catch up.

...well all right then, looks like things are finally back to "normal". Everybody doing okay? Seems that way so far, even if I can't get this thing off my head still.

Can anybody explain why all of these animals keep following me everywhere though?

I think I need friends that don't spend all of their time hiding from me, but I'm not pointing fingers Riku and Seth. Just kidding! But no really where are you guys? Do I need to start attaching tracking devices?

This time around there aren't as many New Feathers. But hi to all of you that are new, I'm Kairi. Hopefully everybody's settling in okay.

It also seems like a lot of the people that were disappearing are coming back. Maybe we're finally getting a break? We can only guess.

But hey at least it's warmer outside. Maybe I can finally take a better look at Luceti. Anybody have any suggestions?
